Brunswick Corporation provides this website to dealers eligible to participate in Brunswick's Dealer Advantage Program. Most of the elements of the Dealer Advantage Program have been arranged by Brunswick, but the actual provision of services or products are provided by third parties. Brunswick does not design, underwrite, or in any way guarantee any element of the program provided by a third party. Brunswick's sole participation with the third parties providing services or products under the Dealer Advantage Program is to arrange for the party's participation in the program, and to attempt to make arrangements for services and products which Brunswick believes may be of interest to a broad segment of its dealer base.

Dealer understands and agrees that Brunswick makes no warranty or representation as to the suitability of the services or products offered as part of the Dealer Advantage Program for any individual dealer, the data contained on the website, or the sufficiency of the information on the website. Participating dealer must evaluate and determine the attractiveness, utility, desirability and appropriateness of every element of the Dealer Advantage Program for the dealer's own particular circumstances, and dealer further acknowledges that it does not rely on any offering or involvement by Brunswick in determining whether any particular element of Dealer Advantage Program is suitable for dealer.

We strongly urge dealer to carefully analyze its own specific circumstances to determine whether any particular element of Dealer Advantage is of utility or is suitable for dealer, and dealer agrees that Brunswick has not and will not influence dealer's decision making in determining the utility or suitability of any specific element of the Dealer Advantage Program to dealer's particular circumstances.
